How To Send A Message On Instagram Direct
To send your initial DM on Instagram, take a photo as you usually would. You could use just the same filters to "DM photos" as you could with all various other Instagram posts. When you prepare to send it straight to someone (or a group of individuals)-- tap NEXT as usual.
From the Share to food selection to the top of the display, faucet DIRECT (see # 1 in screenshot listed below). Currently faucet inside the Write a caption ... window, and also type out your message (see # 2 in screenshot below).
When you're done composing your message, tap OK.
Currently scroll via your listing of Instagram get in touches with and tap the circle beside their name so that a green "check mark" appears. NOTE: you can select more than one recipient if you want to share a message or photo with a team of individuals.
When you prepare to send out the photo and message, tap SEND TO (NAME).
When they open Instagram, they'll exist with a notice on the "mailbox" symbol as highlighted in the screenshot listed below.
